About the Role

We are explicitly not looking for a standard virtual assistant who waits for a checklist. We are seeking a highly resourceful, "scrappy" Personal Assistant (PA) to act as a proactive problem solver for complex personal logistics and lifestyle management. This role requires the intellectual curiosity to navigate open-ended problems, negotiate on the executive's behalf, and establish smart systems behind the scenes. If you are hungry, self-driven, and pride yourself on finding creative paths to "yes" where others hit a wall, this role offers massive room for impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute Resourceful Research:Independently solve open-ended logistics puzzles—such as sourcing local, independent fitness trainers via niche networks (e.g., local Facebook groups) rather than relying on standard corporate services.

Qualifications
* 2–5 years of professional experience in a virtual assistant, personal assistant, or operations role where independent problem-solving was required (Required).
