We are growing our remote Partnerships team. We are on a mission to empower like-minded publishers and brands in supporting one another through affiliate marketing.

About the job

We are looking to hire aPartnerships Associatefor the companyScaleprogram - giving select brand partners exclusive support that drives their affiliate strategy, referred sales, and traffic.

The Partnerships Associate works closely withScalebrand partners, publisher partners, and internal teams. They have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for building and nurturing relationships.

What you’ll do:
* Strategizing- ideating, researching prospective communities and publisher partners to secure placements for a brand partner
* Recruitment- prospecting, approaching & inviting publishers within and outside of the company to a brand partner’s affiliate program, with the goal of featuring and evangelizing the brand
* Development- individually and strategically nurturing publisher partnerships through ensuring mutual beneficial growth that foster long-term relationships.
* Management- communicating with brand partners on any future happenings (e.g. product launches, promotions, etc) & reports; and in turn informing active publishers 1:1 on any new or upcoming developments
* Reporting- Identify trends and opportunities, developing new insights to feed into further strategizing (above).

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* 2-3 years devising and running PR strategies for a consumer-facing brand end-to-end, i.e., from ideating relevant audiences and prospecting content publishers to engaging identified publishers and securing placements
* A consistent track record of referring traffic and sales through “earned media” placements with content publishers, creators, and influencers that you needed to develop new relationships with.
* Demonstrated strong time management, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills - particularly related to email and video calls.
* Proven track record of deadline-driven project management, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and implement forward-thinking strategies as a result.
* Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
* Productivity tools like Slack and Google (i.e. Gmail, Meet, GCal, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
* Proven ability to work autonomously, in a remote environment, with teams across different time zones
* A deep desire for solving problems, connecting ideas and people, and building relationships

While not required, it’s a bonus if you also have:
* Experience in fashion and/or lifestyle partnering with brands and publishers of all levels
* Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact, Skimlinks, ShopMy, CJ, Partnerize, AWIN, etc)
* Experience working cross-functionally with teams spread across different time zones
* Knowledge of SEO (and tools including SEMRush, Ahrefs, and ScreamingFrog), paid social, and other digital marketing channels, and how they intertwine with the Affiliate channel
* An understanding of the affiliate marketing and/or media industry and space; a knack for keeping up with new developments
* Comfort designing and reformatting image and text styling within presentations
