Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, English-fluent Sales Development Representative / Sales VA to support a growing remote business. The main focus of this role is outbound lead generation and helping build pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up.

This is a good fit for someone who is organized, persuasive in writing, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
* Research and identify potential customers
* Send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and/or email
* Follow up with prospects consistently
* Help manage leads and outreach activity in HubSpot
* Book meetings and support pipeline development
* Provide light sales admin support as needed
* Potentially assist with inbound leads later, once trained

Ideal Candidate
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Experience in SDR, BDR, sales support, or outreach roles
* Comfortable using HubSpot
* Strong written communication skills
* Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
* Able to work independently with minimal oversight
* Experience with LinkedIn outreach is a plus
