About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Senior Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of paid acquisition efforts across Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads. This role is focused entirely on lead generation and is ideal for someone with deep expertise in managing and scaling campaigns in competitive local service industries.

You will be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and creative direction. The ideal candidate understands both the technical and creative aspects of paid media and can consistently drive qualified lead volume while optimizing for performance metrics.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Management
* Own and manage paid media campaigns across:Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, and YouTube preferred)Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads

* Develop and execute lead generation strategies focused on acquiring high-quality leads
* Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and overall ROAS
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy management, and funnel optimization
* Continuously test landing pages, ad copy, creative angles, and conversion strategies
* Utilize AI-supported workflows and tools to test and iterate ad creatives efficiently

Reporting & Optimization
* Analyze campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
* Maintain reporting dashboards and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
* Monitor paid media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
* Make data-driven decisions to scale campaigns effectively

Collaboration & Creative Direction
* Collaborate on ad creative development, messaging, hooks, and offers
* Provide direction and feedback on performance-focused creatives
* Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team

Requirements
* 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
* Strong experience managing lead generation campaigns (non-eCommerce)
* Proven success running Google Ads and/or Meta Ads in competitive industries
* Deep understanding of conversion-focused marketing and performance optimization
* Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable taking full ownership of strategy and execution
* Experience creating or directing ad creatives for performance campaigns
* Ability to move quickly, test aggressively, and optimize based on data
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to Have
* Experience in legal, insurance, financial services, or other high-CPC lead generation industries
* Experience with landing page optimization and CRO
* Familiarity with AI tools for ad creative generation
* Experience scaling campaigns with large advertising budgets
