Job Description
Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Tech / SaaS
* Position Type:Full-time Independent Contractor.

Role Mission
As our full-time, remoteSales Development Representative (SDR), you will own up to 75% of the early-to-mid-stage sales funnel. Instead of merely executing standard "A-B-C" outreach scripts, you will operate with an experimental, research-driven mindset. Your primary mission is to identify high-value target companies, map out structural decision-makers, execute high-volume outreach campaigns, and handle the first discovery calls to thoroughly qualify leads before handing them over to the executive team for closing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Lead Qualification
* Meticulously research target sectors, focusing heavily onmid-market banking, insurance, and healthcare organizationsthat build internal applications or software platforms.
* Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and run targeted market experiments to locate top corporate accounts that benefit from AI-assisted code remediation.
* Thoroughly vet inbound and outbound leads during early engagements to ensure they are qualified, high-intent prospects before passing them to the CEO.
2. Multi-Channel Outbound Prospecting
* Maintain a high-volume activity engine with a target of100 to 150 structured touches dailyacross multi-channel streams, including cold emails, direct phone outreach, and creative LinkedIn messaging.
* Write highly tailored, compelling, and professional technical copy for cold emails and social media campaigns to educate the market on AI code vulnerabilities.
* Actively create buzz and build industry presence, positioning the company's upcoming regulatory certifications to relevant regional accounts and public administration stakeholders.
3. Pipeline Development & Account Strategy
* Drive early-stage sales relationships, seamlessly transitioning qualified prospects from initial contact to booking concrete calendar slots for executive closure.
* Independently manage and present the product during initial sales calls, outlining the high-level business case for the company.
* Collaboratively build out core metrics and benchmarks alongside our sales leadership to map out long-term pipeline predictability.
Profile & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
* Language:Complete fluency in written and spoken English with strong, clear, and highly engaging professional communication skills.
* Commitment:100% focused, dedicated full-time independent contractor (40 hours/week) with a strong work ethic.
* Domain Exposure:Background selling business-to-business Software as a Service (B2B SaaS) or technical solutions. Must be comfortable speaking confidently with tech teams about application security.
* Outbound Mastery:Demonstrated past success executing multi-channel prospecting flows, handling gatekeepers, and setting highly qualified discovery calls.
Preferred / Advantageous Skills (Not Required)
* Bilingual Capability:Native or professional fluency inSpanishis highly valued, helping bridge sales efforts between European and US expansion regions.
* Industry Network:Existing contact networks or direct experience prospecting into compliance-heavy fields like banking, finance, insurance, or public healthcare sectors.
