We are a residential plumbing company with a massive asset: a database of10,000 phone numbersand past leads. We are looking for a high-energyOutbound Sales & Business Developmentprofessional to own our "Reactivation Playbook."

Your mission is simple but high-impact: re-engage our database of inactive customers and turn them into booked appointments. You will be calling, texting, and emailing thousands of past clients, using targeted discounts and coupons to drive business development. This is a role for a "hunter" who has the marketing savviness to understand drip campaigns and the "bedside manner" to close over the phone and book jobs directly into our CRM.

Key Responsibilities

I. Outbound Sales & Re-engagement
* The Reactivation Campaign:Execute a high-volume outbound calling strategy to our database of 10,000 leads to re-book services and maintenance.
* Lead Engagement:Utilize a multi-channel approach—phone calls, follow-up emails, and text messages—to stay top-of-mind with past clients.
* Closing with Incentives:Mastery of our "discount and coupon" strategy to overcome objections and provide immediate value to the customer.
* CRM Booking:Successfully transition re-engaged leads into booked appointments by inputting them directly into our CRM.

II. Estimate Follow-up Support
* Quote Management:Participate in and assist with managing estimate follow-ups for jobs that have been quoted by our service technicians but remain awaiting customer feedback.
* Technical Liaison:Act as a bridge between the field technicians' quotes and the customer's decision, answering basic questions to move the estimate to a "booked" status.
* Revenue Recovery:Proactively "chase" open quotes to ensure no viable project falls through the cracks.

III. Marketing & Strategy Support
* Drip Campaigns:Work with leadership to set up and manage email/text drip campaigns that nurture leads before and after your calls.
* Campaign Feedback:Identify which promotions and "hooks" are resonating most with customers to help us refine our marketing playbook.
* Pipeline Management:Maintain the "Reactivation" CRM funnel, ensuring every lead is properly tagged and followed up with at the right time.

Who You Are

Experience & Skills
* Home Services Expertise:Familiarity with the home services industry is highly preferred (specificallyPlumbing, HVAC, or Electrical). You understand the "language" of the trades.
* Proven Sales Track Record:Experience in outbound sales, business development, or high-volume appointment setting.
* CRM Mastery:Previous experience working withinServiceTitanis a significant advantage. You must be comfortable booking and managing jobs within a professional CRM.
* Exceptional Communication:Fluent English (spoken and written) with a warm, professional, and persuasive phone presence.
* Marketing Savvy:You understand the "why" behind re-engagement campaigns and have experience with drip marketing or sales automation.

Mindset
* The "Hunter":You are incentivized by booking calls and seeing your efforts turn into revenue.
* Business Development Mentality:You look for every opportunity to re-open a door and find a "win" for both the company and the customer.
* Goal-Oriented:You thrive on hitting daily and weekly call/booking targets.

Why This Role?
* Massive Opportunity:You have a "warm" list of 10,000 people to call—you aren't cold-calling strangers; you are calling people who already know our brand.
* Strategic Growth:You are the lead engine for our most important business development channel.
* High Autonomy:We provide the playbook and the discounts; you provide the energy and the execution
