About the Role:We are looking for a driven and highly organized Outbound Events & Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. This is a proactive, outreach-focused role responsible for identifying, applying to, and securing a wide range of event and partnership opportunities — including community events, festivals, corporate functions, school fundraisers, sports events, and more. You will be the engine behind our event pipeline — researching opportunities, submitting applications, building relationships, and keeping our 3 trucks busy across the Phoenix Metro area.Key Responsibilities;Outbound Outreach & Applications
* Research and identify community events, festivals, fairs, corporate functions, school fundraisers, sports events, and other partnership opportunities throughout the Phoenix
* Metro area and beyond
* Proactively reach out to event organizers, corporate companies, schools, and sports organizations via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Complete and submit vendor, sponsor, or participant applications on behalf of the company
* Follow up persistently and professionally with contacts to confirm status and move opportunities forward
* Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective events and partners using a CRM tool
Events & Fundraisers
* Source and secure events, festivals, fundraisers, sponsorships, and community activations for our truck fleet
* Track application deadlines, event dates, and requirements to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
* Coordinate confirmed event details with the internal team to ensure smooth execution Track event performance and report on outcomes
Relationship Management
* Build long-term relationships with event organizers, community leaders, corporate contacts, and school/sports organization representatives
* Serve as the primary point of contact for event partners throughout the outreach and confirmation process
* Represent the company professionally in all external communications
Reporting & Administration
* Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity, applications submitted, and secured partnerships in the CRM
* Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline status, confirmed events, and upcoming deadlines
* Identify trends and recommend new event types, markets, or outreach strategies Qualifications
Required
* 2+ years of experience in outbound outreach, event coordination, partnerships, business development, or a related field
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable with cold outreach — email, phone, and LinkedIn
* Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (Arizona time)
Preferred
* Experience applying to community events, festivals, fairs, or vendor markets Familiarity with schools, nonprofits, youth sports organizations, or corporate sponsors
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel)
* Background in fundraising, sponsorship sales, or community outreach
What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will:
* Build a structured pipeline of 100+ prospective events, festivals, and partner organizations across the Phoenix Metro area
* Submit your first round of event and vendor applications on our behalf Secure at least one confirmed event, fundraiser, or community activation
* Establish a repeatable outreach and application process
By 6 months, you will:
* Be managing a consistent calendar of upcoming confirmed events across all 3 trucks.
* Generating new leads and submitting applications on an ongoing weekly basis
* Have built strong relationships with key community, corporate, school, and sports contacts in the Valley
