Our client is a fast-growing land investment company founded by experienced real estate and private equity professionals. They specialize in acquiring off-market land across the US Midwest through targeted marketing campaigns, purchasing properties below market value, and reselling them for profit.
As an early-stage business, they are building their operations from the ground up and are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment with opportunities for long-term growth.
About the Role
Our client is seeking anOperations & Lead Management Coordinatorto manage the daily flow of inbound leads and support the company's acquisition process. This is a sales-focused operations role where you'll spend most of your day responding to text messages, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring high-quality opportunities are passed to the founder.
As the business grows, the role will expand to include phone conversations with property owners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage high-volume inbound and outbound SMS campaigns.
* Respond to property owner inquiries using company templates and SOPs.
* Qualify leads and identify motivated sellers.
* Pass qualified opportunities to the founder with complete and accurate information.
* Maintain CRM records, notes, and pipeline updates.
* Ensure consistent follow-up so no opportunities are missed.
* Support operational and administrative tasks as the business continues to scale.
What We're Looking For
* Exceptional written and spoken English with a natural US communication style.
* Experience in sales support, lead generation, customer service, SDR, or similar client-facing roles.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
* Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities can evolve.
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage large volumes of work efficiently.
* Experience in real estate or property investing is beneficial but not required.
* Full-time independent contractor position.
* Working hours aligned toUS Central Time (8:00 AM β 5:00 PM CST).
