Why This Role Exists

As the company grows, maintaining operational efficiency across the screen network is critical. This role exists to support the day-to-day operational backbone of the business, ensuring uptime, coordination, and process consistency.

Initially focused on General Operations (GenOps), this role will evolve to include Ad Operations (AdOps), providing a clear pathway for growth within the business.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day network operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is technically confident, and enjoys managing multiple workflows. You will focus on maintaining network uptime, troubleshooting issues, coordinating installations and repairs, and ensuring accurate operational tracking.

Over time, you will expand into AdOps, supporting campaign delivery, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. General Operations / Network Support (Core Focus)
* Own day-to-day network uptime through the ticketing system
* Act as escalation point for third-party partners on operational issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve offline screen issues
* Coordinate installations, repairs, and equipment collections
* Maintain accurate inventory and system records
* Update and improve operational processes and flowcharts
* Conduct virtual site checks and remote diagnostics
* Support CMS training and ensure proper system usage

2. Operational Coordination
* Collaborate with internal teams, landlords, engineers, and external partners
* Track, communicate, and resolve operational issues efficiently
* Maintain high operational standards across the network
* Support onboarding of new sites and rollout activities

3. Ad Operations Support (Growth Area)

Over time, you will be trained to support:
* Campaign delivery and execution
* Programmatic DOOH (pDOOH) approvals
* Campaign reporting and performance tracking
* Photography planning and coordination
* Automation and process improvements across operations

Requirements

Must-Have
* 2–4+ years experience in operations, technical support, or coordination roles
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
* Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple workflows
* High level of IT proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly

Technical Skills
* Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
* Project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
* Remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer)
* Ability to work across multiple systems with accuracy

Nice to Have
* Experience in advertising, media, ad tech, or DOOH
* Familiarity with CRM or CMS platforms
* Experience with automation or middleware tools
* Exposure to programmatic advertising (pDOOH)
* Background in coordinating installations or technical workflows
