Role Overview:
This is a high-impact, founding-level role where you will own the operational engine of land investing business.You will take full responsibility for dispositions, transaction coordination, and performance management, ensuring deals move efficiently from contract to close while maximizing profitability.This is not a support role—you are the operator who ensures revenue is realized.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispositions Management
* Manage pricing strategy, repricing cadence, and listing performance
* Proactively follow up with realtors to prevent stale listings
* Maintain profitability / conversion ratesKeep profitability consistently drivenMaintain cash flow conversion

Transaction Coordination

What We’re Looking For:
Experience
* Strong background in real estate operations, dispositions, or transaction coordination
* Experience working with US realtors, title companies, or escrow processes
* Proven ability to manage deals end-to-end
