About the Role

This is a hybrid role combining operations coordination and customer support. You will be responsible for managing daily operational workflows, coordinating with field teams, and handling customer inquiries—especially during weekend coverage.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach. You’ll play a key role in ensuring both internal efficiency and a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Coordination (Primary Focus)
* Coordinate and assign daily tasks to field-based teams
* Manage logistics including shipments, stock movement, and access coordination
* Monitor workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks
* Handle scheduling changes and resolve operational issues quickly
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams
2. Customer Support (Weekend Coverage)
* Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
* Provide timely, professional, and solution-focused responses
* Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure resolution
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications

Must-Have:
* Based in South Africa with reliable internet and remote setup
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal English communication
* Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
* Comfortable balancing operations and customer-facing responsibilities
Nice-to-Have:
