Remote Recruitment is hiring an Operations Coordinator to work fully remotely with a UK-based employer. You will be the person who keeps the day running smoothly — tracking work in progress, chasing the details that slip, and making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

Key responsibilities
* Coordinate daily operational tasks and keep internal trackers and schedules up to date
* Liaise between team members, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving
* Prepare reports, summaries and process documentation for the management team
* Monitor deadlines and flag risks or delays early
* Maintain accurate records across shared systems and inboxes
* Support process improvements and help roll out new ways of working
What you'll need
* Experience in an operations, coordination or administrative support role
* Strong written and spoken English
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and comfort learning new systems
* Well organised, with the ability to juggle several tasks without losing detail
* A reliable fibre internet connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work
