About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Associate to support the operational infrastructure underlying our investment vehicles, investor processes, treasury activities, and reporting obligations. This role sits at the intersection of fund operations, investor servicing, and process improvement — and is well-suited for someone who is highly organized, takes ownership of execution details, and thrives in a cross-functional environment.

You will work closely with finance, legal, compliance, investor relations, investment professionals, fund administrators, banking partners, and external service providers to support the efficient day-to-day operation of our funds and investment activity.

Key Responsibilities

Fund & Investment Operations
* Coordinate recurring fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, wire activity, cash management, expense processing, bank account administration, and document management
* Support transaction execution and post-close operations, including entity formation, investment documentation, portfolio data management, expense allocations, and internal handoffs
Investor Servicing & Onboarding
* Support investor onboarding activities, including subscription documentation, KYC/AML coordination, investor record maintenance, notices, and communications
Reporting & Recordkeeping
* Partner with fund administrators and internal stakeholders across accounting, tax, legal, compliance, investor relations, and investment teams to support accurate and timely reporting
* Support quarterly and annual reporting processes through data collection, reconciliation, stakeholder coordination, and document preparation
* Maintain operational calendars, controls, trackers, procedures, and documentation across funds, SPVs, management companies, and related entities
Process Improvement
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes, documentation, controls, and systems as the firm continues to scale
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in fund operations, finance operations, investment operations, fund administration, asset management, venture capital, private equity, or a similarly detail-oriented environment
* Familiarity with private fund and investment vehicle operations, including capital calls, distributions, investor onboarding, wire activity, entity management, and reporting
* Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, accounting, tax, banking, and investment stakeholders
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
* Demonstrated ability to improve processes, maintain accurate records, and execute with a high degree of attention to detail
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with digital assets, blockchain, tokenized assets, or crypto-related operations
