They are hiring a proactive Marketing Assistant / Operator to support execution across multiple client accounts.

This is not a task-based VA role. The ideal candidate will take ownership of work end-to-end, think independently, and contribute ideas — not just follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Creative
* Create social media content (captions, carousels, posts)
* Use design tools and AI to produce high-quality assets
* Collaborate with creatives (video, photo, editing)
Marketing Operations
* Manage links, automations, and campaign workflows
* Troubleshoot basic platform or system issues
* Ensure smooth execution across client accounts
Analytics & Reporting
