Known for our deep market expertise, extensive portfolio, and high-standard client service, we operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.The RoleWe need a hands-on Marketing Director who is equal parts creative and strategist. You'll personally produce high-quality graphics and video, and you'll own the strategy that grows our audience, engagement, and lead flow across social media. This is a builder's role — you make the content, run the channels, and prove the results.What You'll Do
* Design eye-catching graphics for listings, ads, agent branding, recruiting, email, and social — from concept to final asset.
* Shoot and edit scroll-stopping short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for properties, market updates, and brand storytelling.
* Own and scale our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) — grow following and engagement month over month.
* Write and structure strong hooks, captions, and clear calls-to-action that convert viewers into leads and clients.
* Plan and run a consistent content calendar across all channels.
* Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, lead conversion) and adjust strategy based on the data.
* Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes and put them to work quickly.
* Manage brand consistency across every piece of marketing we put out.
Requirements
* Previous experience between 3-5 years
* Proven, high-level expertise ingraphic design(Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent).
* Proven, high-level expertise invideo editing(Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
* Demonstrated successscaling social media accounts— growing following and engagement.
* Strong command ofshort-form video strategy, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive results.
* A deep understanding of what makes content go viral and how each platform's algorithm rewards it.
* A portfolio and verifiable proof of work is required— real examples of designs, videos, and account growth you personally drove (before/after metrics strongly preferred).
* Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
* Self-directed, organized, and able to move fast and ship consistently.
Nice to Have
* Experience marketing in real estate or another visual, high-consideration industry.
* Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
* Basic photography / videography skills and your own gear.
* Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools.
