Remote Recruitment is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support a UK-based employer, working remotely from South Africa. You will keep shipments moving — booking collections, tracking deliveries, chasing carriers, and keeping customers informed when plans change. Key responsibilities
* Book collections and deliveries with UK and international carriers

* Resolve delivery exceptions, damages, and lost consignments with carriers
* Maintain accurate records in the transport management system
* Report weekly on delivery performance and carrier costs

What you will need
* Two or more years in logistics, freight, supply chain, or shipping coordination
* Familiarity with carrier portals and transport or warehouse management systems
* Confident written and spoken English for carrier and customer contact
* Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
* A reliable computer and stable fibre or LTE internet
