Key Responsibilities
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and legal teams at UK firms
* Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence and court bundles
* Manage legal diaries, schedule hearings, client meetings and deadlines
* Handle client communications professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times
* Maintain and organise legal filing systems and case management databases
* Assist with billing, invoicing and time-recording for fee earners
Requirements
* 2+ years experience as a legal secretary or legal administrator
* Strong typing and audio-typing skills with high accuracy
* Excellent knowledge of legal terminology and document formatting
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal case management software
* Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
