Role overview
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to build a healthy pipeline of prospects for the sales team. You'll research target companies, make first contact, and book qualified appointments. Working hours are 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
Key responsibilities
* Research and identify potential customers that fit the target profile
* Reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn to start conversations
* Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
* Keep the CRM updated with notes and next steps
* Track outreach activity against weekly targets
What you'll need
* Experience in lead generation, telesales or outbound outreach
* Confident, professional spoken and written English
* Familiarity with CRM and LinkedIn research
* A reliable laptop, headset and stable internet
* Self-motivation and consistency
