About the Role:We are seeking an organized, detail-orientedLearning & Development (L&D) Administratorto join our L&D team. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day operations of our training programs, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate training logistics, and help build a continuous learning culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. LMS Administration & Technical Support
* Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS).

2. Event & Logistics Coordination
* Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

3. Program Support & Onboarding
* Support  in designing, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs.

* Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee training records for compliance and audit purposes.

Qualifications:
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or L&D operations.
