We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo expert to join our team and drive end-to-end email and lifecycle marketing systems for our clients.
About the Role:
As our Klaviyo & Email Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of the lifecycle marketing ecosystem—from high-level strategy and advanced segmentation to creative design and technical execution. You will bridge data and design to build revenue-driving email campaigns, high-converting automated flows, and seamless retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, retention roadmaps, and content calendars tailored to client goals.
* Flows & Automations:Map out, design, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys (e.g., Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, VIP) inside Klaviyo.
* Campaign & Creative Execution:Write compelling copy, design visual email templates, and manage end-to-end email assembly and scheduling.
* Segmentation & Deliverability:Build dynamic, data-driven audience segments to deliver personalized messaging; monitor domain health, send cadence, and deliverability metrics.
* Testing & Optimization:Run systematic A/B tests on subject lines, send times, design layouts, and CTA placement to continuously improve open, click-through, and conversion rates.
* Reporting & Analysis:Analyze campaign and flow performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and clear growth opportunities to team leadership and clients.
Requirements
* Klaviyo Mastery:Proven experience building, managing, and scaling campaigns and automations within Klaviyo.
* Hybrid Skillset:Exceptional blend of strategic thinking, copywriting, and visual email design capabilities.
* Data-Driven Mindset:Hands-on experience with dynamic segmentation, customer journey mapping, and performance analytics.
* Agency Agility:Ability to balance multiple client accounts, prioritize deliverables, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
* Technical Savvy:Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices, dynamic tags, and basic HTML/CSS adjustments for email templates.
