Job Description
Influencer Outreach & Ambassador Program Manager
Location:RemoteEmployment Type:Full-TimeSchedule:Core overlap with U.S. business hours (some flexibility for creator communication across time zones)Reports To:Head of Growth / Marketing
About the Company
We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based functional beverage brand reshaping the energy and hydration category. Our products pair clean, transparent, science-backed ingredients — time-released caffeine, nootropics, and functional performance support — with bold, collectible, limited-edition flavor drops.
We are not a traditional CPG company. We are community-led. Our growth is driven by creators, athletes, gamers, and builders who represent the brand across motorsports, gaming, fitness, and the outdoors. We already run an active ambassador program with a tiered structure, affiliate commissions, and a growing crew of content creators, and we have thousands of five-star reviews behind us.
The brand has proven the model works. This role exists to scale it.
About the Role
Our ambassador and creator program is one of our most powerful growth channels — but until now it has been run informally, alongside a dozen other priorities. We need one person to own it end to end.
This is a builder's role, not a maintenance role. You will be responsible for bothfilling the top of the funnel(finding and recruiting the right creators) andkeeping that funnel productive(onboarding, activating, and retaining ambassadors so they actually post, refer, and drive revenue).
The single biggest challenge in any ambassador program is not recruiting — it is inactivity. Creators sign up, receive a kit, post once or twice, then go quiet. Your core mandate is to solve that: build the systems and relationships that turn a list of names into a consistently active, revenue-producing community.
You will operate as the connective tissue between the brand and its creators — part talent scout, part relationship manager, part program operator.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Sourcing & Outreach
* Identify and vet creators across our core verticals (motorsports, gaming, fitness, outdoors, adventure) who genuinely fit the brand
* Run high-volume, personalized outreach across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and podcasts
* Manage inbound applicants: review, qualify, and assign tiers based on program criteria
* Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective ambassadors and larger paid-partnership targets
Program Management & Onboarding
* Own the full ambassador lifecycle from application through activation
* Coordinate onboarding, affiliate link/code setup, and crew kit fulfillment with internal and logistics teams
* Manage tier progression and ensure ambassadors understand how to level up
* Maintain clean, organized records of every ambassador, their status, and their performance
Relationship Management & Retention
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the ambassador community
* Proactively re-engage inactive ambassadors and remove friction that stops them from posting
* Build genuine relationships that make creators want to represent the brand long-term
* Gather creator feedback and channel it back to the product and marketing teams
Content & UGC Pipeline
* Ensure ambassadors are consistently producing on-brand content that meets program expectations
* Provide creators with briefs, talking points, and assets so posting is easy, not a chore
* Source and organize UGC for use across marketing, paid social, and the website
Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Track affiliate sales, referrals, and content output by ambassador and by tier
* Identify which creators and segments actually drive revenue, and reallocate effort accordingly
* Report on program performance, ROI, and growth to leadership on a regular cadence
Compliance & Brand Protection
* Enforce program requirements, including competitive exclusivity (no active partnerships with competing energy brands)
* Ensure creators follow FTC disclosure and advertising guidelines
* Protect brand voice and standards across all ambassador-generated content
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years in influencer marketing, ambassador/affiliate program management, creator partnerships, or a closely related role
* Proven experience recruiting and managing relationships with content creators or influencers
* Strong written communication and a natural ability to build rapport quickly, especially over DM and email
* Highly organized, with experience managing many relationships and moving pieces at once
* Comfort tracking performance data and making decisions based on what the numbers show
* Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)
* Reliable remote work setup and consistent overlap with U.S. business hours
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment
* Familiarity with affiliate platforms, influencer CRMs, or ambassador management tools
* Working knowledge of Shopify and social analytics
* Personal fa
