Remote Recruitment is hiring an Inbound Sales Agent to work from home in South Africa for a UK business. Every lead you speak to has already raised their hand — your job is to understand what they need, explain the options honestly and help them buy.

Full-time and fully remote, working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls, web enquiries and live chat from interested customers
* Qualify each enquiry and recommend the right product or package
* Prepare and follow up on quotes until the customer decides
* Keep the CRM accurate so the pipeline reflects reality
* Hit monthly conversion targets without overselling
* Share what you hear from customers with the marketing team

What you will need
* Experience with sales, telesales or a target-driven customer role
* Confidence on the phone and clear, natural written English
* Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce
* The discipline to follow up properly rather than letting leads go cold
