Remote World is recruiting anInbound Sales Agentfor a busy UK-based business. You'll handle warm inbound enquiries — people who've already shown interest — and guide them through to a sale. No cold calling, just real conversations with motivated prospects.

Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from prospective customers
* Understand customer needs and match them to the right product or service
* Handle objections professionally and convert enquiries into sales
* Follow up with leads who haven't yet committed
* Log all activity accurately in the CRM system
* Meet daily and monthly conversion targets

What You'll Need
* Experience in sales, call centre, or customer-facing roles
* Clear, confident verbal communication — great phone manner is essential
* Ability to think on your feet and handle multiple enquiries
* Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
