Role overview
We're hiring an Inbound Sales Agent to handle warm enquiries from customers who already know the brand. You'll answer calls and messages, understand what people need, and guide them to the right product. Working hours are 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
Key responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails and live chat enquiries
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
* Convert warm leads into sales while keeping a helpful tone
* Log conversations and outcomes accurately in the CRM
* Follow up with interested customers to close the sale
