Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files and HR databases
* Support end-to-end recruitment administration including job postings and scheduling
* Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
* Handle day-to-day HR queries from staff and managers professionally
* Process payroll inputs and ensure accurate data submission to the payroll team
* Generate HR reports and assist with compliance, audits and policy updates
Requirements
* 2+ years of HR administration or people operations experience
* Proficient in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday or similar
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Discreet and professional in handling sensitive and confidential information
* Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
