The Role

This is ahands-on, execution-first content role— not a high-level strategist sitting above the work.

You will be responsible forpublishing, managing, and growing our content presence across social platforms, while helping shape the voice and consistency of the brand.

This role is ideal for someone who:
* Loves being in the weeds creating and posting content
* Is highly reliable and consistent with output
* Takes ownership and follows through without constant oversight

Key Responsibilities

Content Execution & Publishing
* Own day-to-day content posting across platforms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
* Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars
* Ensure consistent output and brand voice across all channels
* Repurpose existing content into multiple formats (short-form, threads, posts)

Social Media Management
* Manage and grow social accounts with a focus on engagement and consistency
* Monitor comments, messages, and interactions
* Stay on top of trends and adapt content accordingly

Content Operations
* Organize and manage content pipelines and assets
* Coordinate with internal team members for content ideas and inputs
* Ensure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks

Creative & Growth Contribution
* Suggest content ideas, formats, and improvements
* Identify what’s working and double down on high-performing content
* Bring energy, creativity, and initiative to the role

Experience
* 2–5+ years in content creation, social media management, or similar roles
* Experience managing and posting content across multiple platforms
* Familiarity with content scheduling tools and workflows

Skills
* Strong written English (must be clear, natural, and engaging)
* Basic understanding of what performs well on social media
* Ability to repurpose and adapt content across formats
* Organized and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have
* Experience working with startups or tech companies
* Basic design or video editing skills
* Exposure to AI tools for content creation
