Our marketing engine is already live and generating results. We are now entering a critical growth phase where paid acquisition will be aggressively scaled — particularly across Google Ads — with the goal of increasing monthly spend from ~$15K to $50K–$100K+ while maintaining strong ROI.

The Role

We are seeking ahands-on Google Ads Specialistwho lives and breathes paid search.

This is not a strategy-only role. This is for someone who:
* Loves being in the weeds
* Thrives on optimizing campaigns daily
* Obsessively improves performance through testing and iteration
You will take ownership of our Google Ads engine and play a key role in scaling paid acquisition profitably.

There is also optional exposure topaid social (Meta, TikTok), but theprimary focus is Google Ads performance and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Ownership & Execution
* Fully manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube as applicable)
* Scale ad spend from ~$15K/month to $50K–$100K+ profitably
* Continuously monitor and improve performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS)

Campaign Optimization & Testing
* Perform deep keyword research and expansion
* Execute advanced negative keyword strategies
* Run structured A/B tests across:Ad copyTargetingBidding strategies
* Ad copy
* Targeting
* Bidding strategies
* Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data

Performance Analysis & Reporting
* Track and analyze campaign performance daily
* Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
* Provide actionable insights to improve ROI

Landing Page & Funnel Optimization (Bonus)
* Collaborate with internal team on landing page improvements
* Suggest CRO improvements based on campaign data
* Support testing initiatives to improve conversion rates

Collaboration with Marketing Team
* Work alongside a 7-person marketing team
* Plug into existing creative workflows (team can support asset creation)
* Focus primarily on technical execution, data, and performance

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements
* 2–5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
* Proven track record managing and scaling paid search budgets ($10K+/month)
