Location:South Africa (100% Remote)

Key Responsibilities
* Lead full stack software development initiatives across the platform.
* Design, build, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications and internal systems.
* Develop and support both front-end and back-end functionality.
* Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues efficiently.
* Improve system performance, reliability, security, and user experience.

* Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications.
* Strong understanding of APIs, databases, system architecture, and software engineering best practices.
* Ability to independently manage projects from planning through deployment.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience within HealthTech, SaaS, AI, or other technology-driven businesses.
* Experience supporting software products across multiple countries or regions.
* Experience working with distributed or fully remote teams.
* Previous experience in a technical lead or ownership-focused role.
