Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable and payroll
* Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and variance analyses
* Lead the annual budgeting process and support quarterly reforecasting cycles
* Manage and develop the finance team ensuring accuracy and deadline adherence
* Ensure full compliance with financial reporting standards, tax obligations and internal controls
* Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, investment decisions and cost management
Requirements
* 5+ years of finance management or financial controller experience
* ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CA(SA) qualified accountant
* Strong knowledge of IFRS or UK GAAP and VAT reporting requirements
* Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, NetSuite or similar
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
