<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-TNkndMucVoi9wzxjJ3DudU61sye">As part of the Bybit Fiat team, we are looking for a P2P Regional Expert to own LATAM regional growth strategy and day-to-day operational performance. You will lead a small team of regional Business Development specialists, partner closely with local teams on the ground, and serve as the regional growth engine to accommodate global P2P strategy, develop localised strategy and turn the strategy into execution.</div>

<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-E9XNd0NmCoo7pAxIXj3uJz4RsJe">Reporting to the Global P2P Operations &amp; COE Lead, you will be accountable for P2P regional growth target, merchant ecosystem development, regional product rollouts, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Community, and Customer Service. This is a regional team leader role for someone who is equally comfortable in strategy thinking and solid market-level execution.</div>
