<div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-EFbwd9b3HoaYXWx2Tbrum7z0sg4">The Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing the Company's compliance, AML/CFT, sanctions, and regulatory compliance framework in El Salvador. The role ensures adherence to applicable regulatory obligations across the Company's VASP and EMI activities while supporting a strong culture of compliance and financial crime prevention.</div>
