Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build and send targeted email campaigns, newsletters and automated sequences
* Manage and grow email subscriber lists with a focus on hygiene and deliverability
* Design and execute A/B tests on subject lines, content, layouts and send times
* Analyse campaign performance and report on open rates, clicks and revenue attribution
* Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling email creative
* Optimise email workflows and automation journeys in Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot
Requirements
* 3+ years of email marketing experience
* Expert proficiency in email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot
* Strong copywriting skills and understanding of email design best practices
* Data-driven approach with excellent analytical and reporting abilities
* Good understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance requirements
