Location:Remote (LATAM, SA and The Philippines)Contract:Independent ContractorSchedule:Full-Time, Monday-Friday, ESTJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to support the daily operations of our online sales channels. The E-Commerce Coordinator will manage product setup, promotions, and ongoing catalog maintenance across First-Party (1P) and Third-Party (3P) retailer accounts, partnering closely with internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and account buyers to keep listings, pricing, and inventory accurate. This position involves working with retailer portals and marketplace integration tools (e.g., Acenda), as well as assisting with data analysis and product management.Key Responsibilities:
* Set up new items and maintain existing products across (1P) and (3P) retailer portals, including content, images, costs, and product status updates.
* Use marketplace integration tools (e.g., Acenda) to support product publication and marketplace connections as needed.
* Import, maintain, and audit product data and images in Salsify (or a similar PIM system), including monthly masterfile exports, enhanced content, and channel setup for each account’s requirements.
* Submit and enter promotional pricing across accounts, ensuring IMAP compliance, and maintain a shared promotion calendar to keep stakeholders informed of timing.
* Maintain the Article Master with accurate costs, and work with accounts to resolve pricing exceptions and release held orders.
* Monitor and maintain content health scores, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Photo/Video, and Customer Service to strengthen product content and address customer questions.
* Build and maintain tracking systems for new item setup, from initial account onboarding through publication, to keep the team and stakeholders updated on status.
* Review data for accuracy against each retailer’s requirements, partnering with Salsify and Operations teams to correct flagged data.
* Coordinate with IT/EDI and integration partners to resolve inventory feed, alias linkage, and other order-flow issues.
* Support onboarding and training of new team members on Salsify, the ERP system, and retailer account portals.
* Provide ongoing analysis of e-commerce metrics, identifying opportunities to improve product listings, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
* Assist in troubleshooting issues related to online orders, inventory discrepancies, or product mismanagement.
* Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Experience:1-2 years of relevant work experience as an E-Commerce Coordinator or in a similar role.
* Platform Experience:Must have a solid understanding of First-Party (1P) and Third-Party (3P) retail models, and experience with Salsify (or a similar PIM system). Familiarity with an ERP system is required.General familiarity with marketplace integration tools (e.g., Acenda) and major retailer platforms (Target, Kohl’s, TikTok, Walmart, Lowe’s, Amazon) is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) for data manipulation, reporting, and analytics.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
* Attention to Detail: Must be highly efficient, organized, and detail-oriented to ensure accurate product listings and timely order processing.
* Other Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Well-rounded experience with Salsify or a similar PIM system, including data auditing processes, channel mapping, and enhanced content management.
* Familiarity with retailer content health/scorecard programs (e.g., Target’s content health score) and managing product variations.
* Experience submitting and entering promotional pricing (IMAP compliance) and Article Master cost maintenance.
* Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, IT, Operations, and Customer Service) to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
