Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise the performance of e-commerce platforms including Shopify or Magento
* Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales and product launches online
* Analyse site traffic, conversion rates and basket data to identify growth opportunities
* Collaborate with marketing, logistics and customer service teams on the online experience
* Manage product listings, pricing, inventory levels and fulfilment integrations
* Produce weekly trading reports and present insights and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
* 3+ years of e-commerce management experience
* Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel
* Understanding of SEO, paid search and email marketing in an e-commerce context
* Highly organised with excellent project management and communication skills
