About the Role
Arpin is seeking a highly skilledDigital Engagement Systems & Web Infrastructure Managerto lead the design, development, optimization, and ongoing management of our digital ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of web development, user experience, lead generation, systems integration, and digital operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable digital infrastructure that drives engagement, supports marketing initiatives, enhances conversion rates, and ensures seamless integration across platforms and business systems.
You will play a critical role in shaping how customers interact with our brand while ensuring all digital properties remain secure, high-performing, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Infrastructure & Website Management
* Architect, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress-based websites optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
* Design and implement intuitive website structures, navigation, and layouts that deliver exceptional user experiences.
* Create and deploy custom templates to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and targeted moving lanes (domestic and international).
* Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring speed, reliability, scalability, and security.
* Manage ongoing website enhancements and technical improvements across multiple digital properties.
Lead Generation Systems & Conversion Optimization
* Design, develop, and manage lead capture systems integrated between WordPress and HubSpot.
* Build and optimize forms, plugins, landing pages, and user journeys to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
* Implement retargeting strategies, engagement-driven pop-ups, and other conversion-focused tools.
* Analyze user behavior and continuously optimize digital funnels to align with evolving marketing and sales objectives.
* Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to improve customer acquisition and engagement performance.
Systems Integration & Custom Development
* Develop and maintain custom functionality using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
* Integrate, configure, and troubleshoot third-party applications and plugins that support business operations.
* Build and maintain API integrations between HubSpot and external lead providers to ensure seamless data synchronization.
* Manage integrations between externally hosted applications (including Vercel and GitHub environments) and core web infrastructure.
* Ensure systems remain scalable, secure, and capable of supporting future business growth.
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in web development, digital systems management, or related roles.
* Strong experience with WordPress development and website administration.
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
* Experience managing HubSpot integrations and lead generation systems.
* Knowledge of API integrations and data synchronization between platforms.
* Experience troubleshooting plugins, web applications, and third-party integrations.
* Strong understanding of website performance optimization, security, and user experience best practices.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Vercel, GitHub, and modern deployment workflows.
* Familiarity with marketing automation and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
* Experience designing landing pages and digital marketing assets.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics.
* Experience with CRM systems and marketing technology platforms.
* Background working with transportation, logistics, relocation, or service-based businesses is a plus.
