<p>OfferZen's client, Wonderful.ai is hiring for a Deployment Strategist to join their growing team!</p>
<p>Wonderful.ai is a young start-up with $300M raised, and is now valued at $2B after 18 months of operations. They've grown to 600 employees across 32 countries, with an engineering team that includes people from Google, Palantir, Databricks, Microsoft, and Slack.&nbsp;They enable enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their&nbsp;most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat,&nbsp;email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context.</p>
<h3><br>Role Overview</h3>
<p><br>As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you’ll own the successful delivery of AI&nbsp;solutions for enterprise customers — turning ambitious AI initiatives into real,&nbsp;measurable outcomes.</p>
<p><br>You’ll lead complex implementations from early scoping through production launch,&nbsp;working closely with customers and internal teams to align on requirements, timelines,&nbsp;and success metrics. You’ll ensure that each deployment is well-coordinated, executed&nbsp;on time, and set up to scale.</p>
<p><br>This role is ideal for people who enjoy operating at the intersection of technology,&nbsp;execution, and customer collaboration, and who take pride in making complex projects&nbsp;land smoothly.</p>
<h3><br>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own and lead delivery of Wonderful’s platform and AI agents for&nbsp;enterprise customers</li>
<li>Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and&nbsp;onboardings</li>
<li>Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement&nbsp;toward production launches</li>
<li>Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables,&nbsp;timelines, and SLAs</li>
<li>Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the&nbsp;delivery lifecycle</li>
<li>Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive follow-up&nbsp;improvements</li>
<li>Identify and develop new AI use cases with customers to expand adoption&nbsp;and impact</li>
</ul>
<h3><br>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>2–5 years of experience in technical program management, delivery,&nbsp;consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing startups</li>
<li>Strong project management, organization, and communication skills</li>
<li>Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and&nbsp;system integrations</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts moving&nbsp;forward</li>
<li>Proactive, hands-on mindset and interest in AI-driven products</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field</li>
</ul>
<h4>Nice to Have</h4>
<ul>
<li>Engineering background or prior hands-on technical experience</li>
<li>Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment</li>
<li>Experience supporting production software launches and ongoing&nbsp;operations</li>
