Role Summary
We are seeking a high-aptitude, financially fluentData Analystto serve as a critical operational driver for our specialized wealth advisory firm. We deliver elite, high-touch retirement readiness and advanced tax-optimization consulting for high-net-worth (HNW) clients, including physicians, attorneys, and corporate entrepreneurs.
This role is the immediate operational bottleneck of our practice. You will be responsible for synthesizing raw client financial data, executing analytical stress tests, and engineering bespoke, elite-level client presentation decks for each phase of our signature 6-to-10 week consulting lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of personal wealth metrics with advanced tech agility, leveraging modern AI workflows to radically accelerate document and model production.
Key Responsibilities
Data Synthesis & Presentation Engineering
* Phase 1: Baseline Assessment:Ingest raw client financial data (tax returns, corporate structures, investment portfolios), auditing the datasets for completeness and building baseline structural snapshots.

* Pipeline Management:Own the administrative timeline across active 6–10 week consulting engagements, ensuring zero data delays or missed presentation milestones.
