Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and clear-communicatingCustomer Service Representativeto join our team. In this fully remote role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our US-based clients, managing inquiries, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service during US business hours.
Because we support dental and medical practices, candidates withclinical dental experience(such as Dental Assistants or Dental Hygienists) or abackground in medical/dental supply customer serviceare strongly preferred. Your practical understanding of dental terminology and clinical workflows will enable you to provide knowledgeable, top-tier support.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Support:Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from US-based dental offices and clients with a warm, professional tone.
