Role Overview

Provide excellent customer support while managing high-volume order processing. You'll handle customer inquiries, process orders, resolve shipping issues, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle 30+ inbound customer calls daily
* Process and track purchase orders
* Update order information and customer records
