Creative Director / Spatial Designer
Employment Type:Part-time (20 hours per week baseline with surge cycles), Independent Contractor

Work Hours:US Eastern Standard Time (EST) alignment(Includes evening/weekend availability during project build cycles)
Reports To:Operational Lead (with creative direction from Executive Leadership)
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, high-tasteCreative Director / Spatial Designerto serve as the visual conscience of our experiential agency. In this role, you will concept, sketch, render, and construct every visual direction our clients see and every physical environment our guests experience—from high-tier branded activations to luxury events.
Operating fully remotely as both the visionary creative lead and hands-on craftsperson, you will turn abstract client briefs into presentation-ready 3D renders, fabricator-ready specification sheets, and digital load-in guidelines. Rooted in a design philosophy of restraint, intention, and structural beauty, you will own the end-to-end remote design lifecycle, defend quality standards through virtual vendor collaboration, and safeguard the finishing details that define luxury experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Concepting, 3D Rendering & Pitches
* Pitch Ideation & Decks:Develop original creative concepts for new business pitches, including single dominant visual themes, mood boards, dimensional studies, and client-facing presentation decks.

* Hands-On 3D Visualization:Construct detailed 3D environment renders featuring accurate materials, lighting, scale, and dimensional callouts that clients use for sponsorship, decision-making, and sign-offs.

* Fabricator Specifications:Translate high-level creative concepts into precise, fabricator-ready technical spec sheets with exact dimensions and material callouts.
