We’re looking for aCreative Content Graphic Designerwho thrives in producing high-performing static visuals at scale. You will be responsible for ideating and executing social media ads, web assets, and brand collateral tailored to men aged 40+.

This role requires a refined Western/Canadian aesthetic—clean, trustworthy, professional, yet still sharp and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

I. Ad Creation & Iteration
* Produce20+ static creative variations per week, balancing structured briefs with self-initiated concepts
* Designdirect-response adsfor platforms like Meta, Instagram, and X
* Translate long-form messaging intoscroll-stopping, social-first graphics
* Rapidly iterate on winning creatives forA/B testing(headlines, colors, layouts, imagery)

II. Design & Branding
* Supportweb design initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand experience
* Maintain a high standard ofvisual tastesuited to a mature, Western audience
* Ensure all assets areplatform-optimized(web, mobile, social, print)
