Senior Content Strategist (Direct Response & Growth)

We are a high-performance advisory firm specializing in advanced tax strategy, alternative investments, and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals, founders, and business owners across the United States.
Our engagements begin at $12,000+, and our growth strategy is centered around building a category-defining content engine that drives qualified inbound demand.
We are now hiring aSenior Content Strategistto own and scale this engine end-to-end.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical content role.
You will act as thearchitect and operator of our entire content and messaging ecosystem— spanning YouTube, short-form video, paid media, and lifecycle email.
You’ll work directly with the founder to translate complex tax and financial strategies into compelling, high-converting content that builds trust and drives revenue.
This role is best suited for someone who understandsdirect response, audience psychology, and content-led acquisition, not just content production.
What You’ll Own
1. YouTube (Long-Form Growth Engine)
* Own the YouTube strategy, positioning, and content roadmap
* Build and manage a rolling 90-day editorial calendar
* Research, structure, and script high-retention videos focused on:Tax strategy (S-corps, cost seg, tax deferral)Wealth-building frameworksFounder/operator financial optimization

* Optimize titles, thumbnails (in collaboration), descriptions, and retention structures
* Analyze performance (CTR, AVD, CPM, subscriber growth) and continuously iterate
2. Short-Form Content (Distribution & Scale)
* Develop high-volume short-form content systems (10–20+ pieces/week)
* Script both repurposed and native content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
* Write high-performing hooks, captions, and CTAs
* Identify and capitalize on trends within business/finance content
* Continuously test formats to maximize reach and engagement
3. Paid Media & Direct Response (Conversion Layer)
* Write high-converting ad copy for Meta and Google campaigns
* Develop Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and direct-response scripts
* Collaborate on funnel strategy and offer positioning
* Write and optimize landing pages tied to campaigns
* Run messaging tests to improve CTR, CPA, and conversion rates
4. Email & Lifecycle Marketing (Monetization Layer)
* Write a weekly newsletter focused on education, trust, and conversion
* Build and optimize automated email sequences (lead nurture, conversions, re-engagement)
* Repurpose long-form and short-form content into email-native formats
* Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication channels
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
* 3+ years incontent strategy, direct response, or growth marketing(financial services, fintech, or advisory preferred)
* Proven ability tosimplify complex financial or tax topicsinto engaging, high-converting content
* Experience growing or contributing to aYouTube channel (10K+ subscribers or equivalent impact)
* Hands-on experience writingpaid ads (Meta and/or Google)— not just organic content
* Strong understanding ofcontent funnels and customer journeys(awareness → nurture → conversion)
* Excellent written English — clean, persuasive, and publication-ready
* Comfortable working directly with a founder in afast-paced, async environment
Preferred Experience
* Background inUS tax strategy, S-corps, real estate investing, or wealth planning
* Experience withVSLs, webinars, and long-form direct response copy
* Familiarity with tools likeHubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar CRMs
* Working knowledge ofSEO and keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
* Experience buildingcontent systems that directly drive revenue, not just engagement
