SUMMARY
TheContent Marketing Specialist is a creative and performance-driven marketer responsible for building brand engagement and generating leads through compelling, multi-channel content. This role blends strong writing skills with a social-first, creative mindset—developing blogs, emails, webinars, user-generated content (UGC), video concepts, and social campaigns that attract, engage, and convert. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a content innovator—energized by generating fresh ideas, experimenting with new formats, and turning insights into high-performing content.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy & Creative Ideation
* Contribute to and execute multi-channel content strategies aligned to brand growth and recruitment goals.
* Generate creative campaign ideas and content themes that differentiate the brand in the market.
* Proactively bring forward new social content formats, trends, and storytelling opportunities.
* Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, marketing, and leadership to translate business priorities into compelling narratives.
Content Creation & Storytelling
* Write high-quality, persuasive content including blogs, landing pages, emails, social posts, video scripts, testimonials, and recruitment campaigns.
* Develop and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement and conversion; test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs.
* Create audience-first content that balances inspiration, education, and conversion.
* Ensure messaging is aligned with brand voice and positioning across all channels.
Webinar & Multimedia Production
* Support end-to-end webinar production, including topic development, promotional content, registration pages, and follow-up communications.
* Develop engaging slide decks and presentation materials in partnership with subject matter experts.
* Repurpose webinar content into blogs, short-form video clips, social content, and email nurture campaigns.
* Identify opportunities to turn long-form content into scalable, multi-channel assets.
Social Media & UGC Content Development
* Generate and execute creative social media content ideas that drive engagement and brand affinity.
* Develop and curate user-generated content (UGC), including nurse stories, testimonials, and short-form video concepts.
* Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare professionals to source authentic stories.
* Stay current on platform trends and evolving social best practices.
Distribution, Analytics & Optimization
* Publish and manage content across HubSpot, website CMS (Webflow) and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
* Monitor and report on content, email, webinar, and social performance metrics.
* Generate insights and recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion.
* Contribute to experimentation efforts (A/B testing, new content formats, AI-enabled workflows).
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media marketing, with demonstrated ownership of multi-channel campaigns.
* Proven ability to create high-quality written content across formats that drives measurable engagement and/or conversion.
* Experience developing creative social media content, including trend-aware formats and UGC concepts.
* Experience supporting or producing webinars or virtual events, including slide development and promotional campaigns.
* Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
* Comfort analyzing content performance metrics and making optimization recommendations.
* Experience leveraging AI tools to increase content efficiency and effectiveness preferred.
* Healthcare, staffing, recruitment marketing, or B2C experience preferred.
* Portfolio of writing and content samples required.
