Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate annual salary review, benchmarking and bonus cycle processes
* Administer employee benefits schemes including pensions, health insurance and wellbeing
* Develop and maintain the total reward framework and compensation banding structure
* Ensure full compliance with UK pay equity legislation and gender pay gap reporting
* Provide specialist advice to HR business partners and managers on reward matters
* Analyse compensation data and produce reports and recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
* 4+ years of compensation and benefits or reward experience
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel
* Solid understanding of UK employment law as it relates to pay and benefits
* Experience with salary survey providers such as Korn Ferry or Mercer
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
