Collections Agent (Contract – 3 to 6 Months)

We’re looking for a Collections Agent to support patient accounts receivable for Better on a short-term, high-impact engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contact ~280 patients with outstanding AR via phone and/or dialer system
