Role Summary
We are seeking an experiencedProbate Cold Callerto support outbound lead generation and appointment setting efforts within the Utah probate real estate market. This role is highly conversational and relationship-driven, requiring someone who can navigate emotionally sensitive conversations with deep empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
You will focus exclusively on probate-related outbound calling efforts—contacting leads from curated data lists and qualifying opportunities for our in-market Acquisition Managers. This isnota hard-closing role. Instead, your primary objective is to build genuine rapport, identify seller motivation, gather property details, and successfully book qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to curated probate leads across Utah.
