Role Summary

We are seeking an experiencedProbate Cold Callerto support outbound lead generation and appointment setting efforts within the Utah probate real estate market. This role is highly conversational and relationship-driven, requiring someone who can navigate emotionally sensitive conversations with deep empathy, professionalism, and confidence.

You will focus exclusively on probate-related outbound calling efforts—contacting leads from curated data lists and qualifying opportunities for our in-market Acquisition Managers. This isnota hard-closing role. Instead, your primary objective is to build genuine rapport, identify seller motivation, gather property details, and successfully book qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
* Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to curated probate leads across Utah.

* Qualify leads based on company parameters, property condition, and baseline seller motivation.

Pipeline Nurturing & Administration
* Execute consistent follow-up outreach campaigns through strategic phone calls and automated SMS messaging workflows.

* Manage a structured outreach cadence across multiple contact points per lead to maximize conversion rates.

* Systematically and accurately document all conversation notes, data points, and next steps within the company’s internal tracking systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience:Proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales environments. Prior experience in real estate investing, probate workflows, wholesaling, or distressed property sales is highly advantageous.
