Role Summary
As theClient Experience Reporting Coordinator, you will take complete ownership of the data story for our active and completed advertising campaigns. This position sits at the intersection of data analysis and client experience. Your primary mission is to aggregate performance metrics from multiple platforms, translate raw data into clear visual stories, and deliver actionable insights that show clients exactly how the company is driving impact for their brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Monthly Performance Reporting:Own the execution of comprehensive monthly reports for all active campaigns using the company template. You will pull, aggregate, and normalize data from various first-party and third-party sources (Company's first-party data, Meta, Tableau, Google Ad Manager, etc.).
* Media Optimization Analysis:Look beyond the raw numbers. Analyze prior-month performance trends to identify anomalies, successes, and deliver highly actionable media optimization recommendations to improve campaign outcomes for our partners.
* Ad Hoc & Agency Reporting:Provide flexible, fast-turnaround reporting support tailored to specific client and media agency templates across weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cadences.
* Campaign Post-Mortems:Build professional, comprehensive Wrap Reports for all concluded campaigns to verify delivery. For high-tier accounts crossing defined spend thresholds, you will design elevated, executive-ready Recap Decks outlining deep strategic takeaways.
* Proof-of-Performance Tracking:Create, organize, and meticulously maintain real-time screenshot decks for all active campaigns, updating them as new placements and digital ad creatives go live.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
* Software Proficiency:Advanced mastery ofMicrosoft Excel(data aggregation, lookups, pivot tables) andMicrosoft PowerPoint / Google Slides(building highly polished, executive-ready presentation decks).
* Ad Tech Literacy:Hand-on proficiency withGoogle Ad Manager (GAM) reportingis strictly required.
* Data & Social Platform Familiarity:Comfort navigate and pulling data fromMeta Business Suiteand data visualization tools likeTableauis highly preferred.
* AI Tool Integration:Experience utilizingClaudeor other generative AI tools to accelerate copywriting, data summaries, and workflow optimization is required.
* Language Skills:Elite written and spoken English proficiency. You must be capable of drafting client-facing insights that are professional, concise, and clear.
