About the Role

We are looking for an execution-heavy, technically demanding Senior Lead to run our marketing engine end-to-end across ~10 distinct restaurant and hospitality brands.

This isnota strategy, team-management, or entry-level prompting role. You will act as the final line of defense and sole builder—owning day-to-day operations, martech infrastructure, and client-facing AI systems without oversight. You must be as comfortable debugging API integrations and error logs as you are ensuring content runway health and brand accuracy before deliverables reach paying clients.

What You Will Do
* End-to-End Campaign Execution:Run campaigns end-to-end across ~10 restaurant brands using advanced technical software and deep marketing skills—managing content runway health, scheduling pipelines, and tracking delivery through to fulfillment.

* Client-Facing AI Automations & Agent Deployment:Build, click-test, and maintain localized ManyChat DM and comment flows, as well as per-client AI agents, ensuring all outputs adhere strictly to each brand’s source of truth.

* MarTech Infrastructure Administration:Oversee Meta Business Partner access, Buffer channel wiring, and third-party integrations. Troubleshoot technical outages systematically using error logs and step isolation, not guesses.

* Advanced AI Operations & Editing:Use Claude and advanced LLMs as high-volume power tools while serving as the rigorous human editor who verifies every AI-generated deliverable against real-world facts before publication.

* Ad-Hoc Technical Project Delivery:Deliver complex, client-ready technical builds directly to clients—including landing pages, booking-flow fixes, outreach campaigns, and data extractions.

* Systemic Problem Solving:Spot the root cause behind operational failures, write clear runbooks, and build permanent process guardrails to eliminate recurring mistakes.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
* Software-Engineering-Adjacent Background:Real experience administering martech stacks, maintaining custom scripts or automations, and solving messy technical problems independently.
