Role Overview: The Product Advocate
We are a leading childcare marketplace helping parents find daycare and preschool while empowering providers to reach interested families. We are seeking a high-energy, experience, tech-savvySales Representativewho can go beyond standard scripts to provide a consultative sales experience.
This is a full cycle sales role. You will be the primary voice explaining the value of our platform to childcare providers. You must be comfortable being on camera, conducting live product demonstrations, and articulating the ROI of our premium subscription. We are looking for an excellent communicator who takes a genuine interest in our feature set and can guide a prospect through our platform with confidence and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
I. Consultative Sales & Product Demos
* Live Demonstrations:Conduct professional meetings over Zoom. You will be expected to be on camera, walk through slides, and perform live, high-energy screenshare demos of the childcare provider side of our platform.
* Feature Advocacy:Explain our value proposition clearly, answering technical and business questions about how our childcare marketplace drives enrollment.
* Pre-Call Research:Research prospects before every call—finding the provider’s current Winnie page, understanding their local market, and preparing a tailored pitch that shows you understand their specific business.
II. Discovery & Discovery & Closing
* Lead Qualification:Host discovery calls to understand a provider's specific enrollment needs, pain points, and current marketing efforts.
* Strategic Pitching:Articulate the "Why" behind our product, moving prospects from free users to premium subscribers by demonstrating tangible value.
* Pipeline Management:Maintain records in HubSpot, ensuring every interaction and follow-up is tracked.
III. Technical Execution
* Product Specialist:Be a power user of our website. You must be able to navigate the platform effortlessly, log in to demo, and show off specific features that align with a client's needs.
* Professional Setup:Maintain a high-standard remote environment. You must have (or be willing to acquire before hiring) a high-quality webcam, good lighting, and a stable, high-speed internet connection to ensure flawless video calls.

* Consultative Sales Pedigree:2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Experience in SaaS or marketplace advertising is a major plus.
* On-Camera Charisma:You are energetic, articulate, and professional on video. You understand that "selling" happens through the lens.
* Tech-Savvy Operator:You have a natural aptitude for software. You aren't intimidated by new platforms and can navigate a website with speed and accuracy.
