About the Role:We’re looking for aBrokerage Operations Associatewho thrives on precision and tech-driven efficiency. If you’re the person who sees the "big picture" but never misses the "fine print," you belong here. You won't just be managing accounts; you’ll be the backbone of our client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Service and support all existing client accounts across the brokerage
* Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
* Create and maintain client accounts in internal systems
* Assist with insurance applications and submission preparation
* Request and manage loss runs from carriers
* Prepare Statements of Values (SOVs)
* Accurately perform data entry across web-based insurance platforms and CRMs
* Manage shared email inboxes and ensure timely responses and task routing
* Assist with quoting, binding, and policy processing
* Support billing processes with both clients and insurance carriers
* Organize and track outstanding documentation, subjectivities, and compliance requirements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records
* Operate efficiently within a tech-enabled workflow and adopt new systems quickly
Qualifications:
* 2 - 6 years’ experience, prior experience in the insurance industry (agency, brokerage, or carrier preferred)
* Strong understanding of insurance terminology and processes
* Experience using insurance management systems or CRMs
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks across various accounts simultaneously
* Strong written communication skills
* Comfortable working in a structured, tech-driven environment
* Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated
* Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
* Strong work ethic and accountability in a remote setting
